If you want really quiet you could take the gas piston out while using the suppressor to make it a hand cycled single shot kinda like the H&K MK23 USSOCOM (it's supposed "Single" select fire mode...

It's been confirmed by MRI that even though the plug is slotted it's not a screw. Even if you used that section of the gas port you would have to have a screw long enough to reach the length of the...
